Legendary Dubai-based trainer Hany Rambod has added another heavyweight to the Evogen roster. The 20-time Mr Olympia winning coach and founder of FST-7 has expanded the Evogen Elite Team with the signing of Cyd Gillon.
Born in Douglasville, Georgia, Cyd is a five-time Figure Olympia champion and has dominated the competition every year since first scooping the title in 2017. Now, gearing up to compete for her ninth Mr Olympia competition on the trot, she’s partnered up with Hany’s ever growing brand. Given that Cyd has been a long term Evogen customer and is trained by nine-time Mr Olympia winning Evogen Elite coach Damian Segovia, the move hardly comes as a shock. In fact, it almost seemed inevitable. But what this does mean is that Cyd joins an already stacked team of Evogen-powered athletes which includes Phil Heath, Hadi Choopan, Derek Lunsford and Andrei Deiu. Scary, I know. For Cyd Gillon and the rest of the Evogen squad, 2022 looks set to be another prosperous year full of heavy weights and top prizes. When two heavyweights of the fitness game come together, expect big results.
