GymNation has been crowned ‘The Best Gym In The UAE’ for the second time since its inception.
Founder and CEO Loren Holland was awarded the trophy live on Virgin Radio’s The Kris Fade Show on Monday, May 22.
A jubilant Holland, who was aptly dressed in GymNation’s new party shirt line for the occasion, threw his arms in the air as the results were revealed to listeners across the country.
Speaking on the momentous achievement, he said: “Thanks ever so much to everyone who voted; all the Virgin Radio listeners, all of our members, and thank you to our amazing team at GymNation. It’s a proud moment for the business.”
GymNation was founded in Dubai in 2017 as an affordable alternative for residents paying astronomical fees for ‘sub-standard’ facilities.
Instead, the brand offers memberships for around one-third of the price without compromising on the quality of the equipment.
That clearly struck a chord, as it now boasts 9 facilities across the UAE, with more set to open in the near future.
Holland continued: “We were founded here in Dubai by just a group of mates who spotted a gap in the market, and hopefully we’ve added a lot to the fitness industry here in the UAE.”
