I swapped running on a treadmill for Yalla Jump Rebound Shoes and rediscovered my love for cardio, and here’s why. 

If my relationship with cardio was a Facebook status it would most definitely be, ‘It’s complicated.’ 

Sometimes I get the running bug, but more often than not I see it as a monotonous chore that I have to tick off at some point during the week.

As I previously eluded to, I’ve played football (or soccer for those across the pond) pretty much all my life. Since I first learnt to walk I’ve had a ball at my feet. 

All those years of playing have taken a toll on my knees, and when I run on a treadmill the impact has a pretty harsh effect on my joints. 

Using Yalla Jump Rebound Shoes significantly lowers that stress, allowing me to train pain-free and for longer. 

What’s more, treadmills primarily focus on cardiovascular exercise and lower-body endurance. Rebounding engages multiple muscle groups throughout the body, simultaneously working the legs, core, back, and arms.
