Opened just weeks ago, the state-of-the-art Dubai Science Park facility spans a massive 50,000 sq ft of fitness heaven.

Its newly added HYROX group class runs pretty much daily, with each session designed to mimic the breakneck speed and movements you’ll face during competition — think sled pushes, SkiErg blasts, and wall balls with short rest windows.
To access the class, you’ll need a Premium Plus membership, which starts at 734 AED per month. That also includes access to the full indoor/outdoor gym, Olympic-size pool, priority booking, juice bar discounts, and more.
