Rob Lipsett’s Fuel Cakes Touch Down in the UAE — Let the Gains Begin
Fitness influencer and all-round lifestyle icon Rob Lipsett has launched his fan-favourite Fuel Cakes in the UAE.
Known for packing serious protein into every fluffy bite, the pancakes have already earned cult status across Europe and America.
Now, fans in the Emirates can finally get a taste.
Proudly produced in Ireland — Rob’s home country — this latest move marks a major milestone for the supercharged bites.
The jet-setting entrepreneur spends most of the year living in the sun-soaked hills of Marbella, though often travels the globe to film content, host talks, and lift heavy weights.
Dubai is a regular stamp in his passport, and now it’ll be a home-from-home for both Rob and Fuel Cakes.
“I visit Dubai regularly, so this one means a lot,” he said after announcing the news.
“It’s not just another market, it’s a home away from home for me, one of my bases in the world if you will.
“Seeing Fuel Cakes on the shelves and in the gyms out here feels like a real milestone.
“To the Irish community in Dubai (and there’s a lot of you), if you pick some up, snap a photo of your receipt and send it to me.
“I’m going to randomly cover a few people’s orders this week as a thank you. I appreciate everyone who’s supported this journey.
“Fuel Cakes is growing — and we’re just getting started.”
Where Can You Get Them?
Rob’s gone big on the launch, with multiple distribution lines already established. Puzzle Supps — one of the largest supplement chains in the Middle East — will be a go-to spot for Fuel Cakes.
Some of Dubai’s biggest gyms will also be stocking them for fans after a not-so-naughty all-day breakfast treat.

What Are Fuel Cakes?
Fuel Cakes started out as a content idea. Back in 2015, a then 23-year-old Rob uploaded a video titled “How to Make Perfect Protein Pancakes.”
What began as a simple recipe tutorial soon became the seed for Fuel Cakes — an instant mix that delivers the nostalgic taste of classic buttermilk pancakes, with a protein-packed twist.
After a brief hiatus, Rob relaunched the business in 2023 with an upgraded recipe made from high-quality, organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients.
The result? A mix that’s big on flavour and protein — but light on calories.
