GymNation is set to plant a flag in another Gulf Cooperation Council country with the opening of its first location in Bahrain.
The Middle East’s fastest-growing gym group is soon to launch in the Atrium Mall in Saar, a picturesque town to the west of the capital, Manama.
Dubbed “The People’s Gym” for its affordable membership structure and high-quality facilities, GymNation has been opening new gyms at a staggering rate.
It recently unveiled its fifth and sixth locations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, strengthening its growing presence in the Kingdom.
GymNation has made no secret of plans to launch over 100 sites across the GCC — the alliance encompassing Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
Bahrain marks another new territory while representing a major milestone on the group’s roadmap to that goal.

GymNation Atrium Mall is already promising to be the best gym in Bahrain — and it hasn’t even opened its doors yet.
Over 500 pieces of the latest gym equipment will fill the 35,000-square-foot space, including Matrix cardio machines, machine-assisted weights, and free weights.
With the latter spanning up to 60kg, there’s plenty of scope to keep climbing the rack as your strength improves.
Bespoke studio spaces have been designed for GymNation’s busy class schedule, which includes Les Mills BODYATTACK, yoga, and spinning.
As an official HYROX Training Club, GymNation Atrium Mall will also offer weekly group workouts tailored for the world series of fitness racing.
Other perks include 24/7 access, free showers, changing rooms and lockers, free parking, and access to a team of over 20 personal trainers.
