Running is a gift. Every stride, is a step towards fitness. Unwrap yet another gift, on the tracks of the Pocari Sweat Run this April, on the 12th at Al Forsan Park, Expo City Dubai.  

This race is open to everyone no matter the level of fitness you are on. Just getting started? Then you can opt for the 5km race distance. Need something more challenging? Sign up for the 10km and 21km races. Choose your distance, choose your race and run it your way. 

The goal? To run and be a part of a fun community that loves fitness, just like you. 

Event Schedule 

• 4:30 AM – Open Registration / Run Village
• 6:30 AM – 21KM Run 
• 6:45 AM – 10KM Run Start
• 7:00AM – 5KM Run Start
• 9:30 AM – Presentation of Awards and Cash Prizes
• 11:00 AM – Pocari Sweat Ends

Because safety is always the top priority, you can run with confidence knowing that paramedics and ambulances will be positioned along the course. A medical staff will be available at the start and finish locations.
