Grab your trainers and your friends and get ready, because the world’s largest fun run is coming back to Dubai.
The fourth edition of the Dubai Run is taking place on Sunday, November 20th, 2022, starting on Sheikh Zayed Road and taking in some of Dubai’s most loved landmarks along the route.

The fun run is already getting a reputation as one of the most iconic runs in the world, welcoming runners of all abilities and all ages.
In 2021 the event had an epic 146,000 people run, jog, and walk the course which is just incredible. In fact, it was record-breaking, beating the previous record of the largest number of participants in a community fitness event.
Part of what makes Dubai Run so popular is that it’s open to anyone and everyone of all ages and fitness levels. So don’t think you have to be a pro runner to take part. It really is all about having fun and getting involved.
There’s a 5k course which is perfect for all abilities and for families who want to join in together. The route is flat and steady and runs past Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, and the Burj Khalifa.
Runners who are up for a bit more of a challenge can sign up for the 10k course which runs along Sheikh Zayed Road to the Dubai canal before looping back by the World Trade Centre and ending up on Al Mustaqbal Street near DIFC.

The fun run is part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge which is jam-packed with sporting events like the Dubai Holding Skyrun and free fitness classes to get involved with.
But if you only get involved with one thing during the challenge, think about making it the Dubai Run. It’s the perfect opportunity to boost your fitness, enjoy the sights of the city, and have fun with family and friends.
