All Elite Wrestling’s Sammy Guevara is heading to Dubai in November to be a part of Floyd Mayweather’s return to the ring as the undefeated fighter faces off against YouTuber Deji.
Mayweather, 45, will take on the gamer and brother of KSI during a highly-anticipated exhibition bout at the Coca-Cola Arena on November 13.
It will be Pretty Boy Floyd’s fifth bout since he officially retired from professional boxing with a record of 50-0 after beating ex-UFC champion Conor McGregor in a superfight which saw him net a reported $300m.
While Guevara won’t be fighting he revealed he will still be playing an important role in the Global Titans event. Taking to Twitter, he revealed he will be a backstage correspondent and commentator on the night.

The former TNT champion might not be too far from putting the gloves on, however. According to Dave Meltzer on the latest ‘Wrestling Observer Radio’, Global Titans is interested in matching Guevara on one of its cards.
It’s not yet clear whether a deal is close, or whether anything will ever come to fruition. But with Bobby Fish lined up on the undercard for Mayweather vs Deji, Guevara wouldn’t be the first professional wrestler to put the gloves on.
